- 125 g self-rising flour
- For the apple crisp:
- 100 g oats
- 125 g flour
- 115 g chilled butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 pinch of ground star anise
- 4 cooking apples
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- For the topping:
- 1 packet mini butter wafer cookies
- 500 ml whipped cream
